Terms and Conditions – we9 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing we9 at we9.onl, downloading the we9 app, creating an account or using any feature of the platform – including but not limited to Sports betting, Casino games, Bingo rooms and Fish Games – you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and we9.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of we9 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

we9 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any feature of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

we9 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If you cannot confirm that you are 18 or over, your account may be suspended and any balance held pending verification. We take our responsibility to prevent underage access seriously and will act on any credible indication that an account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.

You are also responsible for ensuring that using an online gaming platform is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your location. we9 does not represent that the use of the platform is legal in every jurisdiction. Checking your own local situation is your responsibility.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on we9. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• we9 accounts are personal and non-transferable – you may not sell, assign or transfer your account to any other person.
• Accounts registered by automated scripts, bots or on behalf of another person are not permitted.

we9 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or if there is reason to verify account details. This is a standard process to protect all players on the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on we9 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets for both deposits and withdrawals. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your we9 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times can vary depending on the method used.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Ensure your account details are complete and verified before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. we9 may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Any balance associated with active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements is not available for withdrawal until those requirements are completed.
• we9 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

we9 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms – including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements and expiry periods – which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. General bonus rules that apply across all we9 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, we9 may deduct the remaining bonus balance from your account.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonus funds as part of a strategy to exploit the platform – including systematic low-risk betting across multiple accounts or with other players to guarantee outcomes – is prohibited.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section on we9 covers Cricket – including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs and Test matches – as well as Football, Esports and other markets. All bets are placed in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

• Bets are final once confirmed. we9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without reaching the required minimum play time defined for that market, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual markets are published within the Sports section.
• In the event of a clear pricing error – where odds are materially different from the market rate due to a technical or human error – we9 reserves the right to void affected bets. We will communicate with affected players promptly in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary based on market, event importance and player account level.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. There may be brief delays in odds updates during live markets; bets accepted during these periods are binding at the odds confirmed by the system.

7. Casino & Game Rules

The we9 Casino includes Live dealer tables, Slots and other game formats. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play before placing PKR bets.

All Casino and Bingo games on we9 use certified random number generation or live dealer processes. we9 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results in all games are final once the game round is completed and cannot be reversed on the basis of player preference.

• Bingo prizes are paid automatically on winning card confirmation. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant game.
• Fish Games operate on a shared prize pool model in some formats. Full rules are available within each game's interface.
• Technical malfunctions in a game – such as a disconnection mid-round – are handled according to the individual game provider's rules. In general, interrupted rounds that cannot be completed may be voided with stakes returned.

8. Player Conduct

we9 expects all players to use the platform in good faith for personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes for financial gain. If you identify a bug, you are required to report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering or fraud.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward we9 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform that is not intended for general user access.

we9 monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate and act on any suspected breach of these conduct standards without prior notice.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your we9 login credentials safe. Do not share your password with anyone – including people who claim to be we9 staff. we9 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact we9 support immediately so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure the account. we9 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

10. Suspension & Termination

we9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued account operation would conflict with our obligations to player safety and platform integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms – including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bots, fraud or collusion – any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

If your account is closed for any reason that is not related to a Terms breach on your part, your remaining eligible balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Responsible Gaming

• Delays in PKR deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, your bank or any other payment processor).
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional content.
